Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using ArtifactDock ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What we provide

ArtifactDock lets you publish HTML and JSX artifacts to shareable URLs. We store artifact content on your behalf and make it accessible via a public link.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of everything you publish. By uploading content you grant ArtifactDock a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host and serve it. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws.

4. Prohibited content

You must not publish content that:

• Violates any law or regulation
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Contains malware, phishing pages, or deceptive scripts
• Harasses, defames, or threatens others
• Depicts child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — we will report this to law enforcement immediately

5. Expiry and storage

Artifacts published without an account expire after 48 hours. Paid plan artifacts are stored indefinitely subject to plan limits. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms at any time without notice.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at hi@artifactdock.io.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, data retention beyond stated limits, or fitness for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArtifactDock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
