Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account data — email address and name when you sign in via Google or magic link (handled by Clerk)
• Artifact content — the HTML/JSX you publish, stored in our database
• Usage data — view counts per artifact, timestamps
• Billing data — managed entirely by Stripe; we never store card numbers
• Chat data — if you use our live chat, messages are processed by Tawk.to

2. How we use it

• To serve your artifacts at their public URLs
• To manage your subscription and enforce plan limits
• To respond to support requests
• To detect and remove content that violates our Terms

3. Third-party services

We use the following sub-processors:

• Clerk — authentication
• Supabase — database and storage
• Stripe — payment processing
• Cloudflare — CDN and custom domain SSL
• Tawk.to — live chat support

Each provider has their own privacy policy. We do not sell your data to any third party.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (set by Clerk). No advertising or tracking cookies are set by ArtifactDock directly. Third-party services (Tawk.to, Stripe) may set their own cookies.

5. Data retention

Anonymous artifact content is deleted after 48 hours. Account data is retained for as long as your account exists. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Email hi@artifactdock.io to make a request.
